Raw Material Quality Inspection

Verify the origin and qualification of natural marble raw materials, check that the raw material surface has no cracks, impurities or obvious color difference, and the size meets the blanking requirements;

Processing Quality Inspection

After cutting, verify the dimensional accuracy (tolerance ≤ ±0.5mm); after polishing, check the surface smoothness (no scratches, no burrs); after texture processing, confirm the integrity and aesthetics of the mesh pattern

Component Assembly Quality Inspection

Ensure the non-slip pad is pasted flat without falling off, and verify the standing stability after assembly;

Final Product Inspection

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the product's appearance, size and function, sample load-bearing tests (≥5kg without deformation), check the shockproof performance of the packaging, and issue a quality inspection report before delivery.
